Gerry

Gerry is NeuroHub’s project manager. He has over 20 years’ experience of working with people with disabilities. His first venture was supporting people with learning difficulties in residential and supported employment. At this time he studied for a diploma in supported employment.

In 1997 he began working in brain injury rehabilitation as a vocational manager.

In 2001 he left to work for a Liverpool charity supporting people with many different neurological conditions with their employment matters.

During this period he was the charity stakeholder governor at the Walton Centre in Liverpool. He worked  on many projects and delivered a range of services to Walton and other NHS neurological rehabilitation centres and clinics across the North West.

He has a vast amount of experience working with neurological charities and social enterprises.

He has an excellent track record of working with statutory employment services such as the DWP and their contracted partners.

Gerry has a long history of supporting and advising employers and work colleagues in understanding issues related to neurological conditions.

When he’s not working, Gerry spends time with his family and watching LFC- he’s a big fan!
