John Neurohub

John is NeuroHub’s project manager. He has over 20 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults. He started his working life in the legal profession as a clerk but realised that it wasn’t what he wanted to do.

He then helped people with learning disabilities when he worked for a charity, and that is how he first got into supported employment and found this was what he wanted to focus on. John moved on to work with people with mental health issues, neurological conditions and other disabilities.

John is a qualified guidance officer and has previously specialised in unemployment support and helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds such as BAME, lone parents and ex-offenders.

He has a strong sense of empathy and always uses his knowledge and skills to support people to overcome the barriers that they face in life and returning to work.

His interests are walking, reading but mostly spending time with his grandchildren.
